Your journey with Thiên Tín

01 · When you order

Payment

Staged payments, set out clearly in the contract.

  • Cash on delivery or after installation.
  • Bank transfer to the account on the contract or quote.
  • We send a quote or contract listing products, sizes, materials and hardware.
  • A deposit as agreed secures the order and starts production.
  • The balance is paid at handover and sign-off.
  • VAT invoices or receipts on request.
02 · On delivery and installation

Delivery and installation

Delivered and installed on site by the Thiên Tín team.

  • Priority for Hanoi, Thai Nguyen and nearby provinces.
  • Other provinces: delivery fee agreed by distance and order volume.
  • Production and delivery times are stated on the quote or contract.
  • We call ahead to book an installation time that suits you.
  • Goods are packed with surface protection before shipping.
  • Any transport damage is inspected and handled under the warranty policy.
03 · After handover

Warranty and returns

Products are guaranteed free of design, material and workmanship defects.

  • Cover follows the terms on the contract or warranty card for each item.
  • Technical support and hardware maintenance throughout the warranty period.
  • Not covered: misuse, unauthorised dismantling, or damage from natural disasters or heavy impact.
  • Made-to-measure products cannot be returned when they match the approved design.
  • Factory faults or mistakes on our side: free repair or remake.

  • Share your order details and a description of the issue, with photos if possible.

Privacy

Your details are used only to serve your order and enquiries.

  • Name, phone, email, address and what you need (drawings, photos of the room).
  • History of consultations, designs, orders and feedback.
  • No sensitive data such as religion, political views or health.
  • Handling enquiries, quotes and survey bookings.
  • Fulfilling contracts: production, delivery, installation, sign-off and warranty.
  • Progress updates, and offers only if you agree.
  • We never sell, trade or rent personal data.
  • Data is shared only as needed with our team, delivery and installation partners bound by confidentiality, or authorities when legally required.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your data and stop marketing messages at any time.
